OUR POLICIES

ARRIVALS

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment, this will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time.


LATE APPOINTMENT ARRIVALS

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining but will be charged full price. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation.


CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Please give us 48 hours notice for cancellation. For those who cancel within 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full service. For missed appointments without notice at all, we will charge the full price of services originally scheduled. Clients will receive an appointment confirmation three days prior to a scheduled appointment.

BOOKING

When booking a service, you may be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. If you don’t have a credit card, we can take a deposit in cash to hold your reservation  If you don’t have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services in cash to hold your reservation which will be credited towards the service.

We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.
